New Uniforms
One of the local Hong Kong forums posted some pictures of what may be the new CX Uniforms. Personally, I like the current style much more !!

I actually don't dislike them at all. With the men's, however, I would imagine that they're going to have to button them up. Otherwise, won't the flaps of the jacket be prone to opening up unexpectedly and get in the soup as they're serving?

I can't imagine the same designers that designed the last batch (epecially comparing to the men's one) designed this batch. The females are ok, but it's definitely not an upgrade. And is the long-skirt one the senior purser? Good luck trying to go up and down the aisles with that.
And the men.... can we be more creative with the men please? Also, gray... reminds me of early 90s style in mainland....
I agree the current men's design is stylish purple and very good. The men's uniform definitely took a major hit here.

The senior purser already has a long dress like that.
The mens uniform...yuk. Hopefully it looks better in person. The jacket is very badly proportioned and badly tailored on those models.

They need colors that brightens up the cabin, not darken it. I really hope someone in CX upper management nix the men's uniforms.

So far, is there anyone like or even just ok with the men's suit?
To me, it's very creative, just like another "coffin" design; like you are going to funeral home (which I just been to recently in Flushing NYC), they dressed like the same. Maybe they are trying to get the "Theme" along with the seat.

I don't mind the female uniforms... the changes are very subtle. The cut at the end of the jackets looks a bit strange and it appears they have got rid of the cut on the skirts. It is a bit hard to see but looks like they have changed the collar as well.
I really cant get my head round the SFP uniform, i think its quiet horrible. The shade of the purple and the long dress needs the cut down the side.
The male uniform I hate! All they need is a plain simple black suit with different ties to indicate role. The grey does not suit at all.

I really dont get why the new CX men's uniform is grey, it just so not modern and yes, even though it makes it more retro, it totally doesnt go well with the CX brand that they have been promoting recently...just hope this would be temp and would change their uniform soon, or else the image might change for them
