using ASIA Miles with AA

Why is it that I am looking to use 30000 asia miles with AA and end up nothing available.

I checked with AA for reward tickets and theres space but with Asia Miles there is None?

Is it this hard to use ONEWORLD? with Aeroplan its so easy

Use Asia Miles agents, I never have a problem with their services.

Isn't that the only way to book flights on AA using AsiaMiles?

Try calling again. My experience with CX is limited, but that just doesn't sound right...

I'd suggest calling again too, but it very well may be "correct". AA doesn't make all the free tickets available to CX. I've had good luck booking on AA using my CX miles by calling, but you can't count on getting all the tickets shown on the AA website.
