Just curious if you received 10% cash back on the $9.99 charge. I now have 2 un-reimbursed $9.99 charges, but I did get the 10% back on both. Seems strange.

Yeah, no comment on the 10% for the monthly fee.

I have received credits for the first two months so far.

Charge posted 12/15 with 10% cashback
Credit says posted 1/5 but I didn't notice it until 1/6
Didn't seem like the cashback got reversed so this is a $1 moneymaker.

That is a good question. I want to know as well... It's always a hassle if I have to chase down statement credits. Same thing happened to Amex Platinum credits like Walmart+ and Entertainment(for example Audible) credits.
The Amex statement credits work fine most of the time like within 8 days. But sometimes they can miss one or two. I hate having to chase missing credits.
The Amex Uber credit is the best as it is managed by Uber directly not by Amex. That is the most consistent one.
Now I hesitate to sign up for Uber One with my C1 Quicksilver if the credit is not posted consistently.

Same problem here. I called, but until 2 cycles pass, not much they will do.

I presume the problem is happening for everyone.

Uber One charge now earns 1% instead of 10% in the past. This all going downhill.

I just got a credit for a monthly fee. I was two months behind, so January is now credited. No comment on the percent rebate rate on the membership fee.

I can't be sure, but it looks like Capital One has started suppressing the actual monthly UberOne membership charge rather than chasing with later reimbursement.

Simpler, but also not quite as beneficial as before...
