If you need some points issues taken care of (for as long as CPlus is around), e-mail me privately. Got through one in the Vancouver CP offices who was very helpful getting my points thing taken care of re: segments getting credited to the wrong OW account. She even called to inform me of what was done and the progress of the corrections.
