Legacy bonus
I want to know what is Legacy bonus...it states 10% of 1998 qualification miles...when I ask CP about it, the agent seems to be quite puzzled...
Also wanted to know whether CP will grant you EP if you have less than 85000 Q miles, just found out I will be doing domestic for the next 2 1/2 months...I might just rack in below 85000 Q miles for the year...may be I should just pass the travels if they are really strict?

The legacy bonus is like flying the actual miles. Last year they said 3500 miles. Then they said 10%. But I got 10,000 miles, which was more than 10%, in my case. I'm led to believe that all E/P members got the 10,000 points mininum.
As far as "almost" qualifying, call and ask. If they say no way, just pick up a web special or two.
