YYZ layout/lounge accessibility question
I'm flying in to YYZ on AA from ORD in the morning and then am flying out late in the afternoon on NW -- I looked at the YYZ website and it looks like they both use T3. I've got AA lounge access, but I'm wondering if I will be able to access the AA lounge at T3 Concourse B (by B10) if I arrive on an AA flight (and I guess clear customs & immigration) and then will leave probably from A1 (this is the gate number for my flight on the last 2 days). The AA lounge is inside the secure area, so I guess my question is if I can move across concourses without leaving the sterile area.
Alternatively, if one has 7 hours or so between flights, is there anything other than sitting in a lounge that someone would recommend? -- and is there a place to ditch bags?
Thanks in advance for the help!!

Now you could then turn around and check back in for the NW flight, clear US formalities then security and drop your bag and I'm pretty sure that once you are back in the secure area the B and A concourse are connected. Be aware though that those A1 gates are in the satelitte terminal and you have to be bused there so once leave plenty of time to get from B10 to A1, it's a hike.
Once you clear Canada customs you can store your bag at the "Travel Store" in the terminal until you are ready to check back in for the NW flight. 7 hours isn't a huge amount of time once you take away the time you need to get back to the airport to check in that's probably enough time to go downtown on public transit and behave like a tourist for a while.

Thanks Bytepusher! I was through last summer, but I wasn't paying adequate attention to accessibilty issues. I may also have flown out of that satelite terminal (I was flying out on AZ) and if that is the one, yeah - it's a hike to say the least. I was shocked at the length of the bus ride. I really appreciate the warning on that -- it would be bad to lollygag around in the lounge too long and then find that ahead of me.
