I am planning to go to Toronto for a long weekend next week. Can anyone recommend me any nice but inexpensive hotels that is centrally located. My budget is under US$100 night.

A budget of $100 USD/night should be able to get you a fairly decent hotel in downtown Toronto. The Courtyard (475 Yonge St.) is in a good location, and is showing rates for this coming weekend starting at ~$75 USD/night. Many other Marriott and Sheraton properties may have special rates available in your price range.
