YYZ Gate Info
Hello, After 2 years I am back in the air but now I am confused. It is strange how something you were so comfortable with can now cause stress. Last week I flew YYC-YYZ-EWR but due to weather I ended up YYC-YYZ-YUL-EWR which is what leads to my confusion for next week I am to fly YYC-YYZ-IAH from what I see the gate should be F99. I have lounge access which states the transborder lounge is after security but last week I never went through security due to cancelled flight but I had to exit through Canadian Customs. My questions are will I need to go through security in YYZ or just US customs, what gate is close to the transborder Maple leaf lounge and will I need a shuttle to Gate F99.
Thanks
Thanks

You will do US preclearance and security again in YYZ.
The TB MLL is directly after security to your right before you head down the stairs to the gate area.
F99 if I'm not mistaken is in an addition to the terminal. It will take some time to walk there, yes. If you have mobility issues I would double check the gate when you arrive in YYZ, and if it's still a ways a way- let the lounge attendant know when you get in.

If my memory serves me well, F99 is down that long hall to the renovated shed and there is a mini MLL there. F99 and nearby gates are where the smaller planes like the Embraers and turbo props leave from. Give yourself time as it is a good 10+ mins walk at least. Maybe someone else can verify.

What has me confused is last week we did not need to clear security when landing from YYC but still ended up on the wrong side of Canadian Customs and we had to clear customs to leave the area. Previous to Covid I remember going to the connections and there being a small security clearance station before going through US customs but this time I did not see the security, has it moved?
Thanks

F99 is not marked here but it is in the grey building to the right which has no gate numbers.
