Arrival test when transiting

I will be travelling to Canada from Ireland (DUB) flying to YVR but connecting in Toronto. I assume that if I am selected for testing it will be at the destination of YVR and not in the transit location of Toronto - is my assumption correct?

Random arrival testing, if any, would definitely be at port of entry YYZ and not at YVR which would simply be a routine domestic flight. With connections they typically give you the test to take with you and complete within 24 hours.
