Yes same procedure. Shoes on / Laptops out. Security was 5 min from start to end if your bag wasn't sent to secondary swab. The swab took about 10 min because of a backlog. When I walked onto border control there was zero line for NEXUS security.
Immigration was busy. A couple dozen in line for agents after visiting the machines. Normal line was massive (the agents were commenting on it as they cleared me).
It was a very pleasant experience. Glad I had the lounge to kill time in!

AMEX Plat & Priority Security lane at YYZ
Received this email today, so FYI for those who were asking about it.

I did not include the fine print at the bottom of the email with mentions of supplementary card holders.
YMMV

Ive got the US one, which got me a card for priority last time, but Im not sure if the benefit technically applies (and is unpromoted), or if the person at the table last time just cant tell since the cards look exactly the same. Even if the benefit is on the US card, probably hardly worth Amex marketing the benefit for priority security at a single Canadian airport since it likely apply to so few cardholders. So wondering if the kiosk would accept a US card. On the other hand, last time I left YYZ in Oct., Nexus line was not open, and is now, so that line is likely a better bet than priority.
