Yukon, NWT closed
After the North West Territories, the Yukon is now also closing for all non-essential travel regardless of origin. Furthermore, non-essential travel within the Yukon to smaller communities is no longer allowed.
I'm not sure what the rules for Atlin, BC, are. (That community's only road access is from the Yukon.) My guess is that it will be treated as a small community, so no non-essential access/egress.
Whoever returns to the Yukon, even when from within Canada, has to go into self-isolation for 14 days. There will be enforcement measures, details are not yet publicly known.

As of early last week, Nunavut was also implementing the same "ban" on non-essential/non-resident travel. They're also requiring everyone returning from abroad to quarantine for 14 days at their southern gateway prior to boarding a flight to Nunavut (Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ottawa, etc). Supposedly the GN is paying for the lodging and meal costs during the 14 day quarantine.

I wonder how long Yukon will keep this up. Have a trip planned for August (domestic traveller from BC). Closing the whole summer to tourists would likely hurt a fair bit. I can understand the smaller communities extending it for a while but hopefully rest of territory opens up by summer if Canadian numbers keep heading in right direction and serology studies are encouraging.
Also have a trip planned to Baffin Island July 31 but I'm not too optimistic on that one.

Except for Whitehorse, everything is a small community. Even Dawson City. They don't want visitors at this time.
Of course, the Yukon's tourism operators are hoping for some business this summer. I believe it will be possible in August, but I can't guarantee that.

Residents of BC, NWT, and NU can now come to the Yukon without self isolation requirements if they travel direct and have not been outside their jurisdiction in the last two weeks.
Dawson City welcomes visitors, but not all smaller communities do (like Carcross, Burwash). So call ahead before you go.
