YYZ T3 Transborder Lounge?

I'm a UA/*A guy, and do fly through YYZ frequently, though its been a long time since it's been in T3.

Flying DL out next month, and wondering if there are any Priority Pass lounges I can access at YYZ T3 (through CSR card). I know there are lots of Plaza Premium lounges, but when I look at T3, it seems to list 3 T3 lounges - one for use of domestic passengers only, the other 2 only for use of International passengers, by that, it means international but not US. Anyone know of a lounge I would be able to access with my PP membership?

I do realize there's an AA club (at least I think there still is), though won't have access to that, obviously.

Like you, I experienced T3 transborder area last month for the first time in many years. I was appalled. The gates were overcrowded, the conditions filthy and yes - there are PP lounges - but - you can't get there from here. I was so upset I wrote to the GTAA. Here is their reply:

We are currently undertaking a large scale redevelopment of Terminal 3 and some of our facilities are not available due to construction. This project is currently underway and it will be completed this year. The redevelopment will enhance the overall experience for our passengers and will include new retail, lounges, duty free and restaurants, as well as major upgrades to the public washrooms. We are certain that with our upcoming changes the concerns you identified will be addressed.

Wait, the GTAA wants to be a global hub and - yet - their terminal is under const'n and they can't give a date when the work will be complete?

My conclusion? Avoid YYZ altogether. T1 is a mess - because of the relocation of the baggage belts and T3 is a mess because its under construction.

AC/GTAA wants to make YYZ a global hub. T3 wouldn't really be part of that...unless Westjet has a huge international expansion, AC are the only ones that could be capable of helping in this goal, since they are the only large carrier with a base in YYZ and a large international network. And they are in T1.

Sorry to go OT, but what is this about relocation of bag belts in T1? I know they recently (as in, the fall) completed the switch on the transborder process (taking bags at check in, moving the entrance for passengers after check in, moving security before customs, etc.), and I know they were doing construction by the old entrance to customs and the Nexus office, but hadn't seen anything where bag belts are in arrivals (though last time I arrived YYZ was early Dec.)
