Potential Cruise - Entry Question
I am thinking of surprising my partner with an Alaskan cruise .. It would leave from Vancouver and I would want to spend a few days there as I love that city.
My question... He is Colombian with a U.S. Green card.
Would he need to get a visa? I think I am ok as an American citizen.
Recommendation on where I can see the requirements?
