I doubt it, there is probably going to some crack answer of "We misjudged our production and costs are going up" or something to that effect. When oil costs go up, fuel costs go up. When oil costs go down, fuel costs go up.

When they say $75 / Bbl, that's the price paid in Cushing, Oklahoma (the central "depository and place of exchange for all things oil" in North America). So technically we need to add the shipping costs to the oil... but the companies making record profits would tell us that most of our gasoline price is tax anyway.

I'd be surprised if the prices ever drop back down to reasonable even if we had $50 oil. They know what we're willing to pay now.

Nope. It's because despite the efforts of the Central Canadian Airline other airlines fly ex-YEG and avoid the nonsense that is YYC and/or YYZ.

Same station was 93.6 this afternoon. I can handle it dropping 6 cents a day for a while lol. I better pull the trigger and fill up soon though, I just know I'm going to get burned lol.

Not in Toronto now but sounds like Costco gas should be double digit. NICE.

Canadian dollars falling too. NOT NICE.

Just moved a shade under $1 at the Costco down the road from YQQ yesterday, and actually dropped another cent since, so C$4.48 or so per imperial gallon.
