will this be a problem

planning to go to montreal fom florida in march for 2 days

in september of 2013 i was arrested for domestic violence and criminal mischief but the case nolle prossed at arraignment because the charges were ........ and not true

It will almost certainly be a problem if there is that recent an arrest on file. A conviction would almost certainly be a complete bar.

You can call the CBSA and ask them what you need to do in order to enter Canada -

Make sure you have the exact information as to what happened (i.e. not the unclear information you posted above).

If the charges were deemed to be false, then bring as much documentation with you to support that.

If you are questioned about the arrest they will most likely want details surrounding the circumstances, even if you were not convicted.
