Personal trainers in Ottawa?
Not exactly related to flying, but FT's been a great resource for a lot of strange things, so I figured I'd give it a shot.
I need a good personal trainer in the downtown/Glebe area (or at least one that I can get to easily by bus). Does anyone know a good personal trainer that they'd recommend?
What I'm looking for:
Yes I'm a girl, no I don't want some wussy "toning" program. I used to be very into powerlifting and loved it. That plus running are the only things I truly enjoy in the gym - I want to hurt for two days after I leave. I want someone who's into power lifting and strength training. Anyone who shows me a pink plastic weight will have it thrown at them.
I've sadly gotten way out of shape due to a combination of factors (work stress, extensive travel, family emergencies, broken ankles, and just plain laziness), and I need to jumpstart myself back on the road to fitness.
I'm looking for a one month commitment as I'll actually be home gasp for a solid four weeks starting the end of this month. Ideally 3 - 4 times a week at their gym as I don't have one myself (see extensive travel above).
Price isn't TOO much of an object as I can claim a good chunk of it back through work, but I'm not going to spend thousands :P
I've sent out feelers to http://www.freeformfitness.ca and http://www.fitnessleaders.com, both found through the googles. If anyone's ever used them, I'd love to hear about it!

According to a guy on my hockey team, you will hurt for much longer than two days. It is on Beech Street, near the Prescott. Close enough to walk to from the Glebe. http://www.grecoleanandfit.com/greco...ech_Street.php
