Sure looks nice and spiffy. Probably best improvement is for US-bound passengers who look as though they'll actually get some space to move around, especially considering how (relatively) few US-bound flights there are.

WINNIPEG — After a lengthy delay, the city's new airport terminal is set to open to travellers Sunday.
The $585-million terminal at Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport will open more than a year after problems with pipes beneath the facility were discovered.
The old terminal will receive its last flight late Saturday night. The first passengers to use the new terminal are scheduled to board a 5:10 a.m. Air Canada flight to Toronto on Sunday.

Something that's "by the old airport" is by definition "by the new airport" since the new terminal is practically right next to the old one.

Yes, and there is actually another airport hotel going up right between the Four Points and the new terminal. It's the Grand Winnipeg Airport Hotel (owned by the same developer that runs the Four Points) but it's supposed to be a step up in terms of luxury.
