SJC rental car transportation fee
SJC charges a ridiculous $12 "transportation fee" on rental cars, even though you can just walk across one street from the terminal to the rental car facility. (I suppose lazy people or those with tons of luggage might take the bus from the farther terminal, but I've never seen the point.)
Has anyone had any luck in getting this fee removed after walking to the rental car facility?
