Miles slow to post
From a rental in September 2006. First email followup 11/22/06, with promise for missing miles to post within 90 days. Followed up on 2/22/07, and a week later receive the following:
Thank you for contacting Budget Car Rental.
We apologize for the delay, however due to the renting location is not
linked with our system we had to contact them for a copy of your rental
receipt, and we never received it. We have made two atemps to get a copy of
the receipt. If you still have a copy it would help us if we could have you
to send us a copy to the following:
