WalMart discount?

WalMart discount?
I found a discount page on WalMart.com it is for up to 25% off for WalMart customers and it states that you need to call Budget with the number, when I called Budget they said I needed my WalMart card. This page doesn't state that it is for WalMart credit card holders, just WalMart customers. Does anyone know what I can do? Is this and invalid code or just for special people at WalMart?

Welcome to FlyerTalk! I've used that code online before and it works just fine - didn't need to show a Wal-Mart card. The actual discount seems to be anywhere between 10% and 30% depending on the car class.
