Budget Refueling Charges
Does anyone know how Budget handles their refueling charges? Can't seem to find any info on their website. What are the options other than refueling yourself?
Is the only option that they charge for an entire tank at a high rate if you don't bring it back full, or do they have any deals like some Avis locations where you can pay a flat $10 or so if you drive less than 60 or 75 miles?

last time we rented, it is $9.00 flat fee for less than 75 miles
if you did not refuel. however, the in-town location we frequent, always waive the fee without asking for the fuel receipt.

..update
Well, I switched from Avis to Budget for this week's trip. And they do have the refueling. $9.50 for 75 miles or less, which is nice and convenient. I might switch my business to Budget if I can start getting decent cars and have a good experience with them.
