Need help - earned miles are not posted
Hello,
I need help and/or advice how to proceed. I have rented cars from Budget and have not received a single mile in my Miles and More account.
Tried the online chat, then the customer support line, the retro claim form, and emailing them. Still no result.
I will appreciate someone with similar experience to share a solution.

If you can't get Budget to resolve it, I've found the only way to get AvisBudget Group to respond in some situations is a Better Business Bureau complaint.
