An excellent experience at Madison
I rent from Budget fairly often. Last weekend, I was one hour late returning my car to the Madison WI airport. On the way, I was kicking myself for spending too much time at the glorious Madison Farmer's Market. I had read the contract, which stipulates that 29 minutes the rental return time, I am on the hook for:
I don't think this would have happened at Enterprise.
- A re-rated contract
- A late fee
- Charges for the extra time
