The YYZ F lounge is pleasant (if smallish) and has a nice view of the airport tarmac area (and, on a clear day such as today, the suburban skyline beyond).

Best gota be CCR
Then probably over to our quantas friends in SYD
Worst is CAI and DEL (if it is even called a first class lounge!)
Just booked a NBO so not overly planning on spending too much time there by the looks of thing, is it just bad generally?

Using the "wish they still flew there" retroscope viewer, SEZ for both worst (broom cupboard size, interesting colour scheme, and curly sarnies) and best (I'd forgive anything to fly BA F to SEZ again). And one could always compare and contrast with NBO on the way.

I strongly agree with BizBuzzBee and thegoderic re the worst F lounge:
CAI !!!
I have not been to NBO, however, and it is years since I flew BA out of DEL.
For the best, I am not sure, but do enjoy the CCR (and Flounge) at T5, the new YYZ and QF at SYD.
BKK is ok, but not a great fan of the crowds, staff and PCs that did not work the last time I was there. SIN is variable (food and staff) but good showers.

A decent European lounge outside LON can now be considered at LIN. Probably the best lounge in the entire airport^
Strongly think BA should have their own lounge in NCE... With all the flights to LHR and LCY..

Best for me was BRU, it was well stocked with Belgian beers.
Worst for me was GLA, it's looking a little long in the tooth and it can be pretty cramped in there on a Sunday evening.

OTOH Delhi Airport is really nasty so I am sure the worst F lounge is there.
