The tool has now been extended to import flights from Sabre PNR #'s as well. For the Sabre version, please see here:

Yes, the server that hosted the tool was taken offline a few weeks ago.
It is definitely on my to do list to get back up - I had hoped to have it up by now, but sadly have not been able to get enough free time to do it. Rest assured I haven't forgotten about it - and hope to be able to get it up soon(™).
