I currently work for a travel agent, but worked for BA for 9 years, and other airlines before that. Been working in the industry for 17 years. Fares, ticketing, and airline systems are my specialties but I've grown up with BA and known it, and its products, for all of my 30 something years. Still hoping to work for BA/IAG or AA again one day! (Call me!!!)

Make IT systems look pretty and easy to use.... having seen the ones in the airline industry, not many people have picked up on that idea!

IT consultant, specialising on Master Data Management (or MDM before that pesky newcomer Mobile Device Management stole our acronym).

Because I know a little bit more than most other people, I can talk and advise, and clients actually believe what I'm saying (occasionally).

And I tend to bump into toothy at Marriott Hotels.

I can't complain. Although our travel budgets are normally Y and we have to get creative with ExEU to fly long haul more comfortably.

Not PIMs as such... but have done Product domain MDM implementations. I work for a tiny consultancy in the UK.

And then Gartner changed the mobile version from MDM to EMM - good job we deal with a load of acronyms on here
