BA223 renamed BA293
According to Channel 4 News this evening, BA have renamed the BA223 Washington flight to BA293. I haven't been able to find confirmation on it or another news website. Hopefully this should stop it being cancelled!

I only thought flights that crashed had their numbers erased or changed, maybe John Titor is now working for BA

Being serious, if the 223 had been targeted, once the first flt had been cancelled, do you not think any terrorist is going to move on to a "softer target"????

Lets be honest here, the 21st century terrorist is looking for a soft target, they do not care who they kill in the process. If I was the FAA, I would be more worried about about a flight inbound from Africa to IAD, than the bloody BA 223.
*sigh*

Just back from the pub so please forgive the mistyping.
ITV News just had James Mates on BA223, as of end of March 223 is going to be 293 to restore passenger confidence.
Had him in an empty WT+ cabin midflight showing the reason many people are not taking 223 are because they fear the delays that the flight has had over past weeks
<edited due to PUTI>
