The Ba Avios exec club website. Where you can buy a one off batch or pay monthly or annually . Another option is too buy boost points based on your last credit card transactions.

i know this is not the same as purchasing, but boosting Avios appeared in my account within a few minutes of doing so. Of course, if you're looking at a specific amount that might not work for you, but if you need them fast it might be an option. Just a thought if you need it urgently.

Avos booster seems to be the cheapest way, but you'll need to have earned a good chunk of Avos in last month to be able to boost that many.
