Yikes! Very sad. Happy to sign up to the washing party (if the date doesn’t clash with one of my BA holidays - and SMBO approves).

With my signature it is the very least I can do!

Let's get the PG Tips chimps on the case. We wouldn't need the scaffolding.

You hum it and I'll play it"

Can't they just stick it into the lobby of The Pen? It is desolate there anyway

Love trying to get a clear pic of it when taxiing out but the weather usually isn't in my favour. First two pics are from when I came in from Geneva on the 15th.

Surely they should move part of the Concorde Room to the Concorde....the bar?

She looked good as new at the 2011 open day. Glad to have been able to see her up close.

Just a reminder that flyertalk gained popularity from a scheme by the founder, Randy, that described how to buy multiple magazine subscriptions to fly Concorde for just hundreds of dollars. .

If only they would invest in displaying her prominently and properly, like AF did at CDG

It’s a shame to hear about it. Yet as NYer, I find it ironic.

We got a lot of hate that we shouldn’t get a Concorde here in NY and that we put it on a barge. We got more hate when the nose cone was broken while in storage by a passing truck.

But having been to visit a few times, I can say we’d taken good care to preserve her. And it’s just returned from a new servicing these past few months. Come see G-BOAD in NY
