Tax refund (after being no show)

Hi All

Quick question: My dad wanted to board his VIE - LHR today but forgot his passport. He left the airport and called me rather late, meaning the flight has left with him being a no show. Can I still reclaim taxes/ airport fees by contacting BA?

Thanks
Daniel

Yes you can, it may be less an admin fee which could amount to pennies. But do contact them

Yes. You can do it online using this form, assuming there are no other flights left on the booking: https://www.britishairways.com/trave..._ticket_refund
