Looks more like a computer/browser issue to me - trying on firefox , edge and chrome on a pc , none has such a default, but the return date is blank

I didn't even know UNIX was still widely used but a quick look on google confirmed it really is. That was today's new fact learnt

The bug itself is not UNIX specific. Wikipedia calls it 'Unix Time' but it is used by virtually all programs of a certain vintage on all platforms as they all implemented POSIX standards. Programs written from scratch by competent programmers in the last 20 years or so wouldn't show the problem, but it won't surprise you to learn that doesn't apply to BA IT.
