How to get through to Avios.com?
So for my LHR-NRT 'Avios plus Lloyds Upgrade Voucher' cancelled flights at the start of June ...
I heard nothing at all but found out when the seats disappeared
I found out from ba on twitter that they were cancelled on 10th March 2022
I tried to phone Avios but each time got cut off
I used the online form (promising 72 hours response) but heard nothing back.
I emailed [email protected] and am still awaiting a reply.
What are my options?
I've lost 6 weeks of options of booking new flights as I still don't have all those Avios and the Voucher?

That's the number I tried. I tend to only be free to do so at popular times.
I can try again but see that it's not free!
When Avios.com haven't contacted me for the 6 weeks after cancellation of the flights it annoys me that I have to pay to try and rectify it. If I hadn't found out by chance I would still be oblivious to it.
