Is this normal? TY Galleries South
Flying out today. Currently sat in the South galleries because the North one was full. Oh my goodness.. ordered food. Never turned up. 30 mins later the menu is turned off. Now there's a huge queue of people waiting at the food area. Snacks long gone and not replenished. Forlorn looks at empty champagne bottles. Is this the new normal? If I'd have known, I'd have gone elsewhere

Indeed, and it's Maundy Thursday before the busiest weekend at LHR for 2 years, so as a well informed FTer, you are presumably making your move to T5B?
