First on the left as you come in from the first wing..fridge loaded with Heineken and soft drinks.

Rather amusing announcement just now "Ladies and gentlemen, if anyone has left a package in the gents toilets, please can you come to guest services". Not sure why the ladies needed to be included in that announcement nor why the surprise at leaving a package in the gents

Have to admit taking the odd can of bitter lemon or tonic when travelling HBO on occasions

Often have an ongoing bus journey to reach final destination and it can be quite warm, and the opportunity to purchase a drink to take with me can be few and far between....

A pilfered bitter lemon helps on longer flights where there only seem to be one or two loaded into the club carts.

Yes. Unusually high number of phones, iPads, and “packages” left all over the lounge, judging by the announcements.

Careful! You’ll be reported to Waterside for that sort of outrageous behaviour.

To be fair if you're flying CE and want a Brewdog on the flight its in your best interest to bring it from the lounge as loading just two in the trolley for 12 rows of club does not compute.

I'd say taking out the odd item is okay, especially when your lounge time has been cut short through no fault of your own. However filling a bag after you've been stuffing your face for an hour or more is bad form.

One would imagine a moderate amount of lounge pilfering is “priced in” to the business case.

Why was champagne "exempted"? Can't anyone just plonk a bottle (or two!) into a backpack or some carrier?

Hi
I think I read here on ft that someone in the past pilfered jw blur by decanting a bottle.

Presumably they open it an take the cork away.

It’s opened in a back room and put out with no cork. If you sit in the first section of the F lounge as you enter you can hear the constant popping of corks as the staff prepare the bottles to put out!

They fixed that by replacing the JW Blue with JW Red and Black
