All systems down 1120 9 Feb

Just got through to the silver line within two minutes. Very chuffed, but soon turned to disappointment as the very pleasant lady who answered said all callers are being asked to ring back as their whole system has gone down inc ba.com., so they were unable to access any bookings
Different day, same s***!

I cannot access MMB...
What a total shambles...
Why doesnt the CEO get a grip of this organisation? With the falling service standards, terrible food, dirty planes and call centres that never respond.
I am just surprised the planes are not falling out of the sky..

Got through to them on the phone, told they’re only taking bookings for the next seven days. Yet more IT problems. It really is a shambles to say the least.

I can’t change a flight for tomorrow morning.

What a total disaster.

I’m actually more worried as a shareholder than a customer now……

IAG is trading 2.98% higher today. The market doesn't seem to care one iota about BA's increasingly crappy IT infrastructure.

Having recently had the joy of using a few other airlines - ba.com may be crap, but it still beats the competition...

It seemed to be working just now - it did say that it could not find any bookings so nothing new there - it does that regularly. However since no one appears to care less about these "known faults" they proliferate. The people who apologise and ask us to be patient seem to think that suffices, or else the ignore it and it will go away syndrome persists.

I was just trying to book a flight for the two of us and no matter what I did, when I got to the payment screen it always listed me as the passenger twice.

There were issues with executive club but it is still possible to change a booking. Executive club should be back to normal now.

Thanks for posting that..it confirms I am not going senile as that happened to me yesterday and just realised before I paid.

Well. If the whole market, or the whole segment, or the airlines trade higher than 2.98%, that still means the market prices BA's IT problem in.
