Screenscraping is endemic in the travel industry. All the key reward flight players around the world scrape from the airlines, so I don't see what is so different from scraping from each other. Sounds like sour grapes re Seatspy. I heard that they tried to buy Reward Flight Finder and failed. I've been a member of RFF since 2015. So they copied RFF's business model completely and now they are trying to undermine RFF. Just healthy competition! I find RFF reliable, though, like any website they can have data issues.
