Rewardflightfinder shows available when it isnt
Anybody had this before?. Last night got an alert from RewardFlightFinder.com to say our BA flights on June 4th 2022 from SFO to Heathrow could be upgraded to business
Has been not available for weeks, then showed 4 business available and now today 2. But on viewing BA website last night not available and when I called BA (USA desk) they said it looked like some premium seats had come available but not business. RFF still showing 2 seats available this morning. Is it just an IT thing, ie RFF is just wrong or does this mean we are not eligible for the upgrade so we cant see it? BA agent said RFF was just wrong but just wanted to double check views on here. We have a cash premium seat paid directly with BA and enough avois for the upgrade.
Many thanks for any advice,

Thanks for the replies. I thought as much, but that's reassuring I suppose, although also frustrating!
I also use (and pay for) https://seatspy.com/. Does that have the same issue?

I tried SeatSpy and found it 100% accurate.

The see at a glance, one year, all availability shown by SeatSpy is so much easier to use than the BA app where you have to scroll across two data sets and switch between cabins
