Presumably everything other than the 12 green and few reds is Amber

Don't want to go too off-subject but this is probably because of QR/EK passengers shifted flying to TK.
Otherwise, the case numbers in Turkey have been significantly decreased since the start of the full lockdown.

I doubt that BA would resume IST operations on May 17 following this decision.

I still cannot figure why SG is on the green list while HK isn't. SG, in terms of infection rates, is much higher than HK.
