Not all F seats showing for 777 selection?

Not all F seats showing for 777 selection?
I have two tickets on a 777 F and I'm trying to choose my seats online but it only show 8 seats with only 1 seat open. Is this an error on their site? I believe the 777 has 14 F seats total correct? I tried calling in but all of their phone lines just kick me back.

Using a site like ExpertFlyer will show you the seat map that is loaded in the GDS, if you want direct confirmation.

What's the route and your BA status? 1A and 1K are usually blocked for status holders, so may well be available but you won't be able to book that as a seat reservation ahead of time. The flight is not necessarily overbooked.
