Due to exposure on the BBC it looks like the company was swamped with a deluge of orders far greater than they expected, so some deliveries are taking a while to ship.
Many people have received their deliveries, so it looks like if you have a confirmation email for your purchase it should eventually be fulfilled.

On 1st Dec 2020 Whatabuy sent an email to all customers to say
Please be assured that if you received a 'confirmation of order' screen at the end of your transaction, we have a record of your purchase and are working on processing this, even if you did not receive a confirmation email.

On 9th Dec 2020 Whatabuy sent an email to customers to say
Please be assured that we are doing our upmost to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, with all orders placed between the 23rd and 27th of November due to be shipped by Monday 14th December and all orders placed between the 28th November and 7th December due to be shipped by Monday 21st December.

Absolutely, that’s why I was given prior notice.

The March 2019 was likely the Wedgwood crockery as rollout wasn't completed until April 2019, but February 2020 was certainly William Edwards. Some pieces are less patterned, so depending on what you had it may not have been overly noticeable.

To help those collecting the set, it’s worth noting that the large brimmed starter/soup bowl and the pasta bowl although they display the same hatched pattern design, this appears to be white on white and not in the silver colour. Nice contrast perhaps but I prefer the plates that all match.

Absolutely. And in memory of my contributions to the airline I should be given the seat I got the most familiar with on all my travels whilst employed by the airline: the jumpseat that is closest to the loos!

My item just arrived - I had absolutely no communication at all, and was delivered with another dpd item (totally unrelated, a pair of trainers from Nike), so fair play to whoever spotted there were two parcels coming to my house!

Welcome to Flyertalk and welcome to the BA forum DavidLondon, it's good to see you here, and I hope we will see more of you here, though hopefully not on the basis of BA becoming a kitchenware supplier.

For those not finding information about DPD deliveries, this screen is more reliable than their newer interface. Just keep the blue blob on Parcel, enter in the long reference, and press Next.
https://www.dpd.co.uk/service/

You need to wait a bit for the information to come over.

Hi everyone,

I managed to get hold of a full height insulated galley box (some still available) but does anyone know where I can buy the correct sized drawers for this unit?
SKU Code: 380@EM3114@A+

It looks like I may need 2 or 3 different drawer heights too.

Thanks for any help/tips

To add to that, the DPD app on iOS is pretty good - you enter your address into it and it'll automatically bind parcels going to the address onto the tracking even if the sender hasn't attached contact details. Tends to be a bit quicker in notifying about changes in status including adding the delivery window too.

Ordered Tuesday evening - as of now (Thursday morning) only got an order confirmation via email. No courier text or email. Is this normal?

I have only had a Monday morning order despatched. My Tuesday morning (we're talking 1am here) order has yet to be despatched, so that seems as expected. They had around 5000 orders as far as I can tell between my two, assuming the numbers go up incrementally.

Thanks C-W-S. To reassure anyone else, waiting for news, my purchase was at 10.30am on Monday. I've just checked on DPS website and the message from Kuehne & Nagel is that they have received my order details but have not yet received my parcel.
Obvs a heck of a backlog, so don't lose the faith!

My small but perfectly formed consignment of First mugs arrived this morning. I am very happy today 😃
