I've noticed BSL is rather expensive on POUGs as well. I tend to book reasonably early on that route for Friday-Sunday trips, and I've found that I've paid (sometimes much) less than 270£ return in CE most of the time so I've gone down that route when TP-needy.

Got a £59 for LHR-CDG on Sunday.

Perhaps a query for the French board - but i'm only there for a few hours - escorting my gf going to a trade show next to CDG. Arriving on BA307 at 10:50 departing BA 319 at 16:15. How's immigration? Last thing I want on such a short day to be stuck in immigration queue's for a couple of hours - that'll make my mind up as to whether I take the POUG - fasttrack rather than champagne...

I agree. I sometimes book a mix of ET / CE on a trip, the late evening outbound from BSL are particularily cheap and sometimes only £40 more than ET.

I agree too and the Skyview Lounge at BSL is a nice place to wait for a late evening flight.

What are the chances of one appearing for WT+ to CW for EZE to LHR? Living in hope, or for Avios upgrade space (Business was something ludicrous like £3k for this sector)

Also hoping to see BA189 LHR-EWR WT up to WT+

KARFA Hi Karfa, as LBA evangelist, do you find POUGs are faily common on basic itins?

I've seeing a B2B in CE at 240 quid, but the ET at 90. Assuming POUG offered, could save 50 quid, as I understand POUGS vary from 49-59?

Are they consistent?

Thanks a lot
Tom

Hi. Yes POUGs at £49 seem to be regularly offered these days on the route. I would be pretty sure that you would be offered if you booked that as a return or as two singles.

Thanks that seems like best bet. Always a risk they don't come, but worst case is a quick day trip and 20 TPs.

So I booked for 70 quid for the date I have avail, which happens to be a Friday. Now just gotta hope the POUGS appear. Fingers crossed.

Either way, will be a trip to GF in the morning before a 55 min B2B at Leeds. Then straight back down to London. Stay night in hotel, offer to Mex the following day

Thanks again

interesting. POUGs don’t usually appear until after 24 hrs from booking so I would recommend not checking in tomorrow. I assume you are on the morning rotation?
