Yep, those who seem to think the A380 isn't prone to Turbulence have no idea what they are talking about, although having said that, if it felt that bad on that beast, imagine hitting that while crossing the Atlantic on the Babybus (A318 LCY-JFK service).

I am going to choose not to imagine that .

I am sure all you seasoned travelers would have laughed at me: Sitting up in my turned down seat, PJ's on and eye mask on my forehead, holding onto the outer shell waiting for it to stop. Of course everyone else was going about their business.
