Using Avios to book with JL and seat map?

Using Avios to book with JL and seat map?
Unfortunately I can't see which seats are available on a JL flight that I want to book. I prefer window seat. I see availability in J, but I really don't want to book the flight unless there is a window seat. Is there a way to see which seats are available prior to booking?

expert flyer but I think you need a subscription to see seat maps thought there may be a free trial

You could also start making a booking on JAL official website and then click to see the seatmap during the booking process and check that way.
