Pretty sure you can ask for them in the showers if they're not already out. They are horrifically rubbish though, probably a better bet is to get a decent one from a shop and avoid hacking your face to pieces.

I have done so a few times in the past, although i can't say for sure if its allowed or simply that nobody noticed it. It must be pretty hard to distinguish it from a cartridge razor on an x-ray screen.

Depends on how you define safety razor Double edge razors are technically safety razors but their blades are prohibited in hand luggage. Cartridge and disposable razors are however fine.
