You received Avios before stay was completed? Avios from hotels.com bookings have usually reached my account 4-5 weeks after completed stay, but currently waiting for Avios to arrive for booking completed more than two months ago.

I'm still waiting for points to be credited from my xmas holiday stay. Was approved end of March, but not credited to my BAEC account. Estore is giving endless and useless excuses. Crap service.

We’ve paid 50% of the Airbnb for August stay in Feb and Avios were posted in March, I was surprised it actually works. Any Avios through eStore or Airbnb I just treat it as bonus, it’s a nightmare to chase them from the eStore team!

Yes, the booking was made about two months ahead of the stay, and the points landed about two weeks before I was due to stay. It was cancelled by the hotel about a week before I Was due to arrive.

It was a prepaid book with no cancellation, if that makes any difference ?

Strange, I always prepay, both refundable and non refundable bookings and pattern has been the same - I get Avios 4-5 weeks after completed stay, no matter how long in advance I had booked.
Just to clarify, did you use BA eStore (https://www.shopping.ba.com/retailers/hotels-com-uk) or direct from Executive Club (https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/executive-club/collecting-avios/hotels/hotels )?

I always use the separate Executive Club App on my phone and then link to the merchant from there, if it's something I actually want Avios for. Seems to be a 100% success rate for me using that.

Booked an Airbnb stay for last week, in late July.

stayed last week - but the avois has yet to come through. I seem to recall the last time i did it, it came through before my stay. has there been a change?

i used the correct link where you have to enter your EC number.
