CX/KA Award Travel on Avios Points

CX/KA Award Travel on Avios Points
I'm trying to book tickets hanoi to hkg on KA using avios points. If you do the search on BA.com, it will show no availability. If you change the route to let's say taipei, that flight from hanoi to hong kong will show up. Is there someone on BA that I can talk to?

It’s just married sector availability which CX rewards have swung massively towards since last year. Having looks at HAN-HKG recently your experience of finding no availability for months on end is very familiar. No point calling, BA agents won’t be able to see anything you can’t.
