Bacon needs to be dry cured but even when this type of preparation is sold to you, it often leaks that white stuff. The BA lounge bacon roll is rubbish. |

Agreed, but again that’s probably at the far end of the bell-curve. Sadly, BA caters for the majority who like over-cooked steaks and barely-cooked bacon without exotic additions, I prefer medium done back bacon to streaky, but if it has to be streaky then most of the fat should be grilled out of it. But what I would really like would be the return of the full breakfast that was served between GLA and LHR, back in the days when gthe ride was on a Vanguard. |

It is emulsified something. Waitrose is such a rubbish supermarket but sometime I am force to top up the pantry there if it’s the housekeeper’s day off. |
