BA online shop
what is going on with the online shop? I have just checked my account to see that I have been awarded points for purchases at JohnLewis, then considerably more taken out of my account as I supposedly returned the items. I didn’t. Another time I did return, but they took away considerably more points than I had been awarded
The site has changed and I can’t even find the contact now 🙄. It is getting too much of a hassle as they miss the purchases, then take points away, I am worse off for having used the online store 🙄
