Hi... this is one of those questions which I feel I must know the answer to as I fly twice a week on these planes at the moment! But now I think I am not 100% sure.
The armrests between the seats (as long as not Row 1 / Exit row) can be raised but I think that the aisle armrests cannot be raised.

Yes, there is a.small lever catch under the arm rest at the join, which is useful for wheelchair passengers but requires considerable dexterity. It's not a good idea to raise it since you risk a bosh from the BOB trolley
