Airline product quality has deteriorated greatly over the years in this part of the world....not that it was that great in the first place. Union interference, corruption and staff with delusions of grandeur mostly to blame.

I've booked a few LATAM flights. Usually have to call.
Availability is good and the savings over the cash price can be very good for domestic flights. I once bought a same day flight that was Y2 and cash price 450 for 3 and 4500 Avios. Got the only free seat blocked beside me as well as an emerald
